9:00 Gathering

• 8:45 - connect with worship leader to make sure slides are all in the correct order, and to see if there are any special items in the order of service.
• 8:50 - LIVE STREAM & A/V Recording
  • Ensure the live stream is "ON AIR" using either the StreamDeck or the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO
  • Start the VIDEO RECORDING using either the StreamDeck or the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO
  • AUDIO RECORDING:
    • Arm the recording by pressing the REC button on the sound board (light will turn from blue to flashing red)
  • Start the recording by pressing the REC button on the sound board AGAIN (light will turn from flashing red to solid red - if it does not do this, please talk to Andy or the sound tech)
• 9:00 - look for a "thumbs-up" or a nod from the worship leader and click the "worship lighting" slide in ProPresenter
  • Please wait for this thumbs up or nod as we don't want the cameras on and lights on when we're still tuning guitars, etc.
• 10:15 (or at the end of the gathering) - LIVE STREAM & A/V Recording
  • Stop the VIDEO RECORDING using either the StreamDeck or the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO
  • Stop the AUDIO RECORDING using by pressing the STOP button on the sound board (record light will turn from solid red to blue - if it does not do this, please talk to Andy or the sound tech)
  • DO NOT stop the live stream. Please leave it ON AIR, and do not "END STREAM" on YouTube.

10:45 Gathering

• 10:35 - connect with worship leader to make sure slides are all in the correct order, and to see if there are any special items in the order of service.
• 10:40 - A/V Recording (SEE IMAGES ABOVE FOR REFERENCE)
  • Check to make sure the live stream is still "ON AIR" using either the StreamDeck or the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO
  • Start the VIDEO RECORDING using either the StreamDeck or the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO
    • If the video is already recording, that probably means the 9:00 tech forgot to stop it earlier. Stop the recording and restart it using either the StreamDeck or the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO
  • AUDIO RECORDING:
    • If the audio is already recording, that probably means the 9:00 tech forgot to stop it earlier. Stop the recording by pressing the STOP button on the sound board, and restart it using the next 2 steps
    • Arm the recording by pressing the REC button on the sound board (light will turn from blue to flashing red)
    • Start the recording by pressing the REC button on the sound board AGAIN (light will turn from flashing red to solid red - if it does not do this, please talk to Andy or the sound tech)

  • Stop the live stream by pressing "ON AIR" on the StreamDeck or the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO...AND...open the YouTube Studio tab in Safari and click, "END STREAM" and then confirm when prompted.
